Return and Refund Policy – AstroBless

Thank you for choosing AstroBless.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

This policy applies to all subscriptions, digital services, and consultations purchased through the AstroBless application.
 


Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

Words with capitalized initials have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural form.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Application means the AstroBless mobile application downloaded by You on any electronic device.

  • Company (referred to as “Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) refers to AstroBless.

  • Service refers to astrology consultations, subscriptions, reports, and digital services offered through the Application.

  • Order means a request by You to purchase a subscription or digital service from Us.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service.
     


Subscription Cancellation Rights

Since AstroBless provides digital and consultation-based services, refunds and cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

1️⃣ Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account (Google Play or Apple App Store).

  • Cancellation will stop auto-renewal for the next billing cycle.

  • Access will remain active until the end of the current subscription period.

2️⃣ Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Technical error resulting in failed service delivery

  • Accidental multiple transactions

  • Service not delivered due to verified system issue

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.
 


Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Completed astrology consultations

  • Generated personalized reports

  • Services already delivered or partially consumed

  • Promotional or discounted subscription plans (unless required by applicable law)

Due to the personalized and digital nature of our services, once a consultation or report is delivered, it cannot be returned.
 


Refund Process

To request a refund, you must contact us with:

  • Registered Name

  • Registered Email ID

  • Transaction ID

  • Date of Purchase

  • Reason for Refund

After verification, approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.


App Store Purchases

If you purchased a subscription through:

  • Google Play Store

  • Apple App Store

Refunds may be subject to the respective store’s refund policies. In such cases, you may need to contact the app store directly.
 


Limitation of Refunds

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests if:

  • The request is made beyond the eligible refund period.

  • The service has already been fully delivered.

  • There is evidence of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
     


Changes to This Policy

We may update our Return and Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app or on our official website.
